If you live in Escondido or North County, please come to City Hall or call in on Wednesday SEPTEMBER 30 at 5 PM to make a statement on Public Comment. The Council needs to hear from all of us about this. ICE is expanding and doing more harm than ever. The County Board kicked ICE out of its facilities and supported a statewide ban on electroshock gloves use by ICE. Now, we need to kick them out of North County and send a message in North County–No Business With ICE! Do Not Renew the ICE/HSI Firing Range Agreement
