NEW ways to Engage at City Hall: Comment remotely, Register a position

The Escondido City Clerk, Zack Beck, announced a new public engagement initiative that allows the public to comment over the phone for Escondido City Council meetings. This makes it easier for the public to participate in meetings although it is always best to attend meetings in person if you can.  Check out this video.
